Server Setup

• Primary DNS: 166.102.165.13
• Secondary DNS: 207.91.5.20
• Primary DNS (IPv6): 2600:5000:1:1::a
• Secondary DNS (IPv6):2600:5000:1:2::a

Access Credentials

Usernames

• Must contain 3 to 30 characters
• May contain letters and/or numbers

Passwords

• Must be between 6-20 characters
• Must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number
• Passwords cannot contain your login name first name last name the word "password" or the word "Windstream"
• Passwords are case sensitive

Email

Email Address Format

• [email protected]

Incoming mail server (IMAP)

• imap.windstream.net Port 143 or Port 993 with SSL

Outgoing mail server (SMTP)

• smtp.windstream.net Port 25, or Port 587 without SSL, or Port 465 with SSL.
