Creating a MyWIN Business Account

Follow the below steps to register for MyWIN.

MyWIN Registration Steps:

1. Go to https://my.windstream.com

2. At the bottom of the login screen click "New User? Start Here"

3. Enter your Account Number as it appears on your Welcome Email or bill, Last Name, Email Address, and Billing Zip Code

4. Click "Register"

5. You will receive an Activation email to set up your username and password. Once complete, enter your User Information and Sign-In Information

If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk email folder for emails from WindstreamCustomerSupport@Windstream.com and add this email address to your address book.

Now you can start enjoying all the benefits of MyWIN Business:

  • View your Kinetic Business by Windstream bill online
  • Manage your account notifications and settings
  • Make one-time payments or sign up for Auto Pay
  • View and make changes to your Kinetic Business services
  • Sign up for text alerts to get bill notification, service appointment reminders or track your technician when he's on his way.

Important: If registration has already been completed on the account, it cannot be registered again. In order to access the account, you must be added as an authorized user.
