Kinetic Business by Windstream Stores to Close Lobbies

Agents to be available by phone for customer service and drop boxes still processed daily
At Kinetic Business by Windstream, the health and safety of our customers and employees is our top priority.
Effective March 25, 2020, Kinetic Business by Windstream will close the public lobbies at all 26 retail stores across the 18-state footprint until public health officials report it is appropriate to reopen.
During this time, we will do everything possible to continue providing exceptional service to our customers.
Locally
Even with the lobby closed, customers can still speak with store associates by phone by calling 1-800-255-8358, which will direct calls to their local store personnel.
The drop boxes at each store will be checked regularly throughout the day and any payment made will be processed the same business day.

Customers can also visit www.windstream.com/contact-us to connect with us by email or Live Chat, or pay online through the MyWIN portal at my.windstream.com, or download the MyWIN mobile app.
