Unfortunately, you cannot pay a reconnection fee online and be reconnected. If your account is suspended for non-payment, you may call our Financial Services Team at (877) 235-8552 to make a payment and reconnect your account.
Payments made via our online billing system will post to the account in 24 to 48 hours. As a result, if your account has been suspended or the bill is being paid beyond the notice due date, there may be a 48-hour delay in restoring service.
