You are able to connect multiple computers to your Windstream Broadband service by using one of these scenarios:
- Using the Windstream-provided modem and a 3rd-party network router
- Using the Windstream-provided modem and a 3rd-party network switch
- Using the Windstream-provided modem's integrated wireless capabilities
Please keep in mind that Windstream will only support and troubleshoot the configuration of the equipment we provide. If you are needing support with your 3rd-party equipment you will need to contact the manufacturer of the equipment for technical support.
Note: Local Area Network (LAN) configurations can decrease the performance of your Windstream Broadband service if all devices on your network are using the broadband connection at the same time.
