Effective March 25, 2020, Kinetic Business by Windstream will close the public lobbies at all 26 retail stores across the 18-state footprint until public health officials report it is appropriate to reopen.
During this time, we will do everything possible to continue providing exceptional service to our customers.
Even with the lobby closed, customers can still speak with store associates by phone by calling 1-800-255-8358, which will direct calls to their local store personnel.
The drop boxes at each store will be checked regularly throughout the day and any payment made will be processed the same business day.
