You are able to connect multiple computers to your Kinetic Broadband service by using one of these scenarios:

  • Using the Kinetic-provided modem and a 3rd-party network router
  • Using the Kinetic-provided modem and a 3rd-party network switch
  • Using the Kinetic-provided modem’s integrated wireless capabilities

Please keep in mind that Kinetic will only support and troubleshoot the configuration of the equipment we provide. If you are needing support with your 3rd-party equipment you will need to contact the manufacturer of the equipment for technical support.

Note: Local Area Network (LAN) configurations can decrease the performance of your Kinetic Broadband service if all devices on your network are using the broadband connection at the same time.
