Every small town has its champions. The ones who step up without being asked, who put in the work behind the scenes, and who show up day after day to make things better for everyone around them. At Kinetic, we’re proud to call those people our neighbors. And we’re even prouder to honor them through the 2025 Kinetic Business Awards: Community Champions.

We created this award program to recognize the individuals and organizations who go above and beyond for others in the places they call home. Whether it’s through fighting for equality or simply lending a hand to those who need it most, each Community Champion embodies the spirit of local impact.

To date, we have received countless nominations from across our service areas, each one highlighting a business that’s doing incredible work in their local community. Narrowing it down to just three winners wasn’t easy, but it was inspiring.

Help me congratulate our 2025 Kinetic Business Awards Community Champions!

1st Place: R. K. Adams Law (Dahlonega, Georgia)

As an attorney, mediator, and fierce advocate for social justice, Robyn Adams has dedicated her career to fighting for those who need it most. Specializing in family law and serving marginalized communities, she volunteers on countless boards and works tirelessly with foster children, individuals with disabilities, and others who typically can’t afford quality legal representation.

In addition to supporting her own clients, Robyn also serves as Board Secretary for Enotah CASA, Inc., bringing both professional excellence and deep compassion to every case. By devoting herself to ensuring that everyone—regardless of their circumstances—has access to effective legal advocacy, Robyn has become a true champion for justice in her community and beyond.

2nd Place: Anaheim Jack’s (Ruidoso, New Mexico)

When the devastating 2024 wildfires burned over 17,000 acres around Ruidoso, New Mexico, and forced the entire village to evacuate, Anaheim Jack’s made a choice that defined true community spirit. While other businesses closed their doors, they stayed open to provide free meals to first responders and utility workers who were risking everything to stop the fires and restore services.

Amid chaos and destruction, a beloved local restaurant became a safe haven, a source of nourishment, and most importantly, a beacon of hope for an entire community. Their selfless decision to serve others when it mattered most exemplifies the kind of local business leadership that makes communities stronger, especially in their darkest hours.

3rd Place: Dixie Collision, Inc. (LaFayette, Georgia)

Dealing with insurance companies and car repairs can feel overwhelming, and that’s where Dixie Collision steps up to deliver reliability and care for their community. They’ve made it their mission to go beyond just fixing vehicles, removing the headaches that come with accidents and repairs. From handling insurance negotiations to ensuring every calibration is perfect, they guarantee their work for as long as customers own their vehicles.

All of Dixie Collision’s work reinforces their mission to going above and beyond—not just for individual customers, but for their entire community. Their dedication to quality, timeliness, and genuine care exemplifies how a local business can become an essential pillar of support for everyone around them.

Congratulations to our 2025 Community Champions!

These Community Champions represent the very best of what it means to invest in others. They’re changing lives, not for recognition or rewards, but because they believe in the power of community. And so do we.

That’s why we’re doing more than just honoring these champions. We’re donating up to $10,000 in their name to a qualified local charity of their choice, so they can continue to expand their impact and exemplify what it means to be a true Community Champion.
