99.9% Service Availability: As measured by Kinetic from Mar. 2023 to Dec. 2025, Kinetic service reliability is calculated by dividing Available Customer Hours by Total Customer Hours, excluding planned maintenance, emergencies (like hurricanes, winter storms, floods), and other uncontrollable events.

Speeds are provisioned in a range, including min. and max. speed. Kinetic provisions fastest speed w/i range but may be less than max.

Automatic Failover feature requires cellular availability, may not work during regional states of emergencies like hurricanes or floods.
